1. 스테이블 코인(Stable Coin) 결제부문에 사용할 “StablePay : 36 Class” 국제상표 출원에 대하여 설명하겠습니다.

상단에 예시한 표①과 표②는 팔로우(우리)가 상표(마드리드 : WIPO 세계지식재산기구)국제사무국에서 인출한 자료를 기반으로 작성되었습니다. 이 설명과 같이 “StablePay (제36류)”상표를 확보하려는 경쟁이 대한민국을 포함해 미국, 아시아 태평양 지역 국가에서 경쟁이 치열한 상황입니다.

아시아 지역에 한 국가에 본점을 둔 이 법인은 2025년 7월경 설립된 것으로 파악되는데 법인 설립 직후부터 미국을 시작으로 대한민국을 포함해 13개 국가에 “StablePay (제36류)”를 출원하고 있습니다. 우리와는 자연스럽게 경쟁이 되는 상황입니다.

2. 우리 회사(팔로우)는 대한민국에 2025. 07. 25 출원한 것을 시작으로 2026. 01. 12일까지 7개 국가에 출원한 상황입니다. 표①, 표②에서는 생략되었으나 우리의 출원은 모두 ‘(마드리드 : WIPO : 세계지식재산기구) 국제상표 출원제도’에 의하여 최초 대한민국에 출원했던 2025. 07. 25일에 모두 적용되었습니다. 표①에서 보시는 바와 같이 아시아 국가의 회사는 우리가 대한민국에 출원한 2025. 07. 25일에 비해 2일부터 5개월가량 늦기 때문에 현재까지 출원된 것이나 앞으로 ‘마드리드제도 사후지정’에 의하여 모두 우리가 2025년 7월 25일에 출원하는 것으로 간주됩니다.

현재까지 우리 회사가 출원한 해외 국가가 어디인지와 앞으로 출원할 국가에 대해서는 경쟁회사들과 감정대립 등이 예상되기 때문에 자제하고 있으며 비공개하고 있습니다. 단, 공개를 개인적으로 요청하시면 내부 검토를 걸쳐 E메일 등으로 공개할 수 있습니다.

3. 또 “마드리드제도 사후지정”에 의해 출원된 우리 건에 대해서는 대한민국 지식 재산처에 공식적으로 서면 질의하여 회신이 있으면 공지하겠습니다. 상단 표①, 표②는 2026. 2. 4일 기준입니다.

Title: StablePay Class 36 International Trademark Application (Madrid: WIPO) Competitive Landscape 04/02/2026

This is the STABLE PAY representative.

1. I will explain the international trademark application for "StablePay: Class 36," which will be used in the stable coin payment sector. Tables ① and ② shown above were compiled based on data obtained by Follow (us) from the International Bureau of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). As described, competition to secure the "StablePay (Class 36)" trademark is fierce, including in Korea, the United States, and countries in the Asia-Pacific region. This corporation, headquartered in an Asian country, was established around July 2025. Since its inception, it has filed applications for the "StablePay (Class 36)" trademark in 13 countries, including Korea, beginning with the United States. This naturally creates competition with us.

2. Our company (Follow) filed its trademark application in Korea on July 25, 2025, and has filed in seven countries as of January 12, 2026. Although omitted in Tables ① and ②, all of our applications were filed under the (Madrid: WIPO: World Intellectual Property Organization) International Trademark Application System, which was originally filed in Korea on July 25, 2025. As shown in Table ①, Asian companies are approximately two to five months later than our Korean application date of July 25, 2025. Therefore, all applications filed to date will be considered as filed by us on July 25, 2025, under the "Madrid System Post-Designation." We are refraining from disclosing the countries in which our company has filed and the countries in which we plan to file in the future, as this could potentially create conflict with competitors. However, if you personally request disclosure, we may disclose it via email or other means after internal review.

3. Furthermore, regarding our application filed under the "Madrid System Post-Designation," we will formally submit a written inquiry to the Intellectual Property Office of the Republic of Korea and notify you of a response upon receiving it. Tables ① and ② above are as of February 4, 2026.
